Situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, Shangri-La Dubai stands as a benchmark of hospitality excellence and represents a long-standing relationship with Surfaces Furnishing. In 2022, we were selected to customise the hotel’s meeting rooms and pre-function areas with high-density 11-row Axminster carpets, bringing refined craftsmanship and lasting performance to these key guest spaces. Following the seamless delivery, Shangri-La once again placed its trust in our team to refresh the hotel’s back-office infrastructure, where we supplied and installed 1,180 sqm of resilient SPC flooring. Most recently, as part of the major 2024 ballroom refurbishment, we collaborated directly with Shangri-La’s design team in Hong Kong, taking their initial design concepts and bringing them to life as magnificent, bespoke 11-row Axminster carpets for both the Grand Ballroom and Junior Ballroom. From behind-the-scenes functionality to the hotel’s most distinguished event spaces, each chapter reflects a partnership shaped by trust, precision, and a shared commitment to exceptional hospitality interiors.
