At The Address Marina, we partnered with Emaar Hospitality to create a bespoke 7x11 Axminster carpet for the hotel’s pre-function area,an expansive 1,200 sqm setting where every detail needed to reflect the property’s exacting standards. Installed with remarkable precision, the carpet flowed across the space without visible seams, creating a finish that felt considered, composed, and effortless. Its true value revealed itself over time. Three years later, following the hotel’s transformation into JW Marriott, the same design was selected for the meeting rooms,a quiet testament to a concept that had already proven its beauty, performance, and lasting distinction.
